  • Designed deduplication and export rules so lists imported cleanly into HubSpot without manual cleanup.
  • Documented the workflow so the team could refresh lists quarterly without restarting from scratch.

What I learned

Data quality beats volume for B2B outreach — a smaller, verified list with consistent fields converts better than a massive messy export. AI classification works best with a human-reviewed sample set first.
