Problem

Two B2B contexts — a Madrid tech distributor and a UK dental lab — both lacked connected systems. Marketing activity happened in silos: social posts without CRM tracking, prospect lists without nurture, and no clear handoff to sales.

What I built

  • Configured HubSpot pipelines, contact properties, and task triggers aligned to each ICP (wholesale buyers vs dental clinics).
  • Built LinkedIn Sales Navigator lists and outreach sequences with personalised first lines tied to company context.
  • Ran multilingual social and email campaigns for the UK dental lab — content planning, posting cadence, and retention-focused email flows.
  • Used ChatGPT and Claude to draft campaign copy and reporting summaries, with human review before anything went live.

Result

Created a repeatable weekly rhythm: prospect lists → CRM import → nurture touches → sales tasks. Marketing admin time dropped while follow-up consistency improved across both accounts.

What I learned
