From economics to strategic direction
Economics and management created a foundation for understanding resources, decisions and markets. The Master’s developed that foundation into a broader approach to positioning, growth, customers and competitive advantage.
Applied research
The final project examined artificial intelligence, hospitality and guest satisfaction through statistical analysis. Depending on the metric and context analysed, observed improvements ranged from 8 to 26 points.
Professional application
The central lesson was to measure technology through business impact. That principle guides my work today: automate with a clear objective, connect data to decisions and judge AI by the value it creates.
